Yes absolutely, you cannot do any harm to your body with this educational program. When it comes to the exercise stages, you just tailor the work to your needs, stopping if painful, dialing it back and going at your own pace.
For the acute pain, the area of pain tends to be specifically at the site of injury - strain, sprain etc. For the chronic section, the issue is now more so that you have "learnt" pain, and the location will not matter at all. So no matter where your issue, you will find huge benefit in the course to learn how to get back to 100%
No, we have designed the course to be suitable as a follow along to help patients in clinic even more so, but equally all the tips and tools can be used alone outside of treatment.
